how do I point out the duties of cpu, mem, disk, etc. .. etc. .. without turning off the firewall in windows?

Allow connection on each windows computer from the IP address of dude server on port 161.
XP instructions Start->Control Panel->windows firewall->Exceptions->Add Port…->Name “dude”, port "161, UDP ->Change scope, custom list, IP address of Dude server.
