i know there i hunderds of diffrent things i can do but can any one please send me a bckup of there firewall so i can try work out how what works with ports and address lists and stuff as i have the wiki firewall running but it isnt helping me thanks
xzen check the wiki! there is a good example there for blocking most common viruses and worms so you can update yours according to.
for example here:
