Firmware uograde problem

Hi,
I have a MikroTik SXT R running RouterOS 6.49.19 (mipsbe) with LTE modem R11e-LTE. The LTE interface frequently goes into “resetting” and I see repeated lte1 link down / link up in logs, even when signal looks OK.

I’m trying to upgrade the LTE modem firmware (CP):
/interface lte firmware-upgrade lte1 shows installed MikroTik_CP_2.160.000_v015 and latest ..._v021, but when I run:
/interface lte firmware-upgrade lte1 upgrade=yes
it starts “downloading via LTE connection” and then fails because the LTE link drops during download.

I can’t connect this router to another WAN (only LTE is available). Is there any way to download the CP firmware file manually (offline) and upload it to the router, or any workaround to complete the CP firmware upgrade without a stable LTE download? Any recommended troubleshooting steps for frequent LTE “resetting” on R11e-LTE?

It's the firmware-file parameter. https://help.mikrotik.com/docs/spaces/ROS/pages/30146563/LTE+5G#LTE%2F5G-Modemfirmware-upgradecommand

If you connect to
https://upgrade.mikrotik.com/firmware/R11e-LTE/latest
your browser will download a file called "latest" that you can open in notepad or other text editor.

Contents should be:

MikroTik_CP_2.160.000_v021

If it is the right file, then the actual file will be:
