firmware v6.39: UserMan duplicate session

I am using the Mikrotik User Manager in a couple of small wireless networks to manage PPPoE clients. After the upgrading the firmware on Routerboards acting as Access Concentrators to v6.39, I am seeing duplicate sessions in the UserManager. When the session is terminated for some reason, in addition to the fairly normal appearing session being recorded there will be another overlapping session with a bogus IP like 10.0.0.0 or 10.3.0.0.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? The same problem occurred on multiple instances of routerboards running as AC and normal operation was restored in each case by downgrading to v6.38.5.

Thanks.

Many people have that problem since v6.39.

Thanks null31.

My forum search did not find anything and the link you give describes my situation exactly.
I guess I should be more attentive to the general firmware version posts.

The problem continues with v6.39.1.
I use a RB1100AHx2 as PPPoE concentrator and I have the same problem. Once I have the “Only one” option set on my PPP profile configuration when a client is disconnected manually for same reason he can’t reconnect because the session wasn’t closed properly.
The problem happens every time a client is disconnected manually and some times when the client disconnects by itself.
I believe the problem is related to the topic shown here: https://forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=121306&start=50#p597332

Did Mikrotik take a look at it?

Best regards.

The problem supposedly was fixed on last RC version.
See the changelog.

Thanks for pointing it out null31.
