Hi, So i’m attempting to setup a test site using VPLS but I’m having some issues
First
LDP is configured on all AP’s on the path, topology is like this
CPE—SECTOR—P2PLink—P2PLink—CCR
LDP is running correctly (as far as I can see), then I build a VPLS tunnel from CPE to CCR.
I have enabled DHCP server on the CCR and when I connect to the CPE from the lan side I DO get IP’s from CCR indicating that VPLS tunnel is working.
The issue I am having is this, on the CCR I have bridged the VPLS interface onto a bridge called PPPoE-Bridge, but when I enable the pppoe-server on this bridge, the device behind the CPE cannot establish a connection to the pppoe-server. If I do a pppoe-server scan on the device behind the CPE I DO pickup the pppoe-server, i just do not see any attempts to login on the CCR pppoe-server.
Am I missing something?
