I have found L2TP in the logs. I have not configured the L2TP VPN.
from where is this request coming?

Perhaps you have inadvertently enabled it through the QuickSet settings?
That aside, you can disable the L2TP server if you’re not using it:
/interface l2tp-server server set enabled=no
You should also blacklist the IPs which seem to have gained access to your subnet as well as change username and password for good measure
