Hey guys. So its first time for me using mikrotik devices and I love em. However i was not able to advance past getting my wireless link connections.
Basically it for ip cams that ll have static ips and thats it. So i just wanted to put everything in the bridge mode. Thats how ive done it before with other AP’s.
I ve included the diagram of my setup.
Heres what i tried so far. I ve set up 9hpn ( main ap number 3) as ap bridge, created the bridge added wlan and ether and gave em same ip’s.
After that i set up a 9hpn client as station bridge , wlan and ether are in bridge mode. Im able to ping the client , however i cannot ping devices connected to a client thru switch. Im confused. Havent even started ap’s number 2 and 1 yet. Kinda scared.
