First time Mikrotik User

RouterOS Beginner Basics

Hello all.
I am a first time mikrotik user and been introduced to them in a very dramatic way, person who has been running the network left the network a mess whereby the APs keep losing internet and kicking users off or users failing to connect completely. i have been trying to restart the router time to time but its a pain and now i am asked to re program everything afresh.

Problem is i have never configured a mikrotik before and looks like all the APs have to be factory reset.
i know this is too much but i kindly need strong help hope i will find it here.

On ground we have:
5 -Metal 2 (2.4Ghz Integrated AP/Backbone/CPE, N-male connector, 6dBi Omni antenna) as APs
1- RB3011UiAS-RM as router that provides the internet to the APs with a switch inbetween.
around 130 users everyday.
getting 10Mps from the service provider.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

And what kind of help do you expect here?

There is a lot to learn in such a short time. I suggest you contact a MikroTik consultant.

I understand and totally agree but i have tried to look for a very good tutorial for basics atleast, like setting up a network with 5 different access points maybe not a mesh cuz that would be so complicated now.

If you know of any good links or tutorial sites for a beginners those would help.
