Floppy Disk Maker

I have been trying to get RouterOS onto a fanless computer system. This system doesn’t have any CDROM or PXE Nics. I have tried booting to a USB CDROM and found that, it wouldn’t work. I have a USB Floppy Drive. I downloaded netinstall and created a boot disk. After it finishes its booting, it looks like it finds the computer running netinstall, but the fanless case sits at a “Found hard drive C:” screen and does nothing.

I did some additional research and found there is a program called Floppy Disk Maker. The documentation links it’s download to Mikrotik’s main download page. However I haven’t yet found it there. Or anywhere. Has anyone found or know where to find this invisible program. Or know why the netinstall + floppy install is not completing?

http://www.mikrotik.com/testdocs/ros/2.9/guide/flopinstall.php <— the page I am referring to.

Thanks for the help in advance!

julianyates, I think you’d better install ROS on another machine with CD-ROM or PXE NIC, and then move your drive to your fanless system
