For Provisioning of CAPsMAN

Hello, all

I want you to tell us about the Provisioning of CAPsMAN.
In CAPsMAN v2, Name Format, but Name Prefix have been added,
please tell me whether each of the selected parameters is where the subject.

cap: refer to Remote CAP Name of [radio] tab?
identity: to see the Remote CAP Identity of [radio] tab?
prefix: To see which parameters?
prefix identity: refer to which parameters?

Since there is no description of this area to Wiki, we are worried about how it should be set.

Hi, I really like the name-format and name-prefix. One more value that would really be nice to see is SSID.

For example:

prefix-identity-ssid
