Force in car Grooves to stronger AP

I have multiple grooves that come and go from a location with multiple APs. The grooves seem to lock onto an AP and hold it regardless of being near a closer AP resulting in degraded performance.

Is there a way I can force the grooves to swap to the stronger AP automatically when it finally stops moving?

found something that might work for others searchings. adding this to the config

/interface wireless access-list
add authentication=no interface=wlan1 signal-range=-###..-###
add interface=wlan1 signal-range=-###..-###
