force using pppoe server + hotspot

Hi,
Since 13 weeks i have set up my mikrotik + hotspot service in my town.
Some users bypass my login page and use connexion without login.
I choose to set up PPPoE server on my mikrotik.
Now, PPPoE server work fine but when user hotspot login he has internet accès.T
But i’ don’t know how can’t disable internet acces without hotspot an PPPoE users login.
Help …

First recommendation - do not use PPPoE server together with HotSpot server.
The most secure PPPoE server setup - PPPoE interface without any IP address (unacceptable for HotSpot server).

Ok,
But how can i protect my hotspot aigaints unauthorized connexion (User who bypass hotspot)?.

control physical access to the network;
use only PPPoE.

To enhance security disable IP address on local interface (it will force to turn off HotSpot).

Ok,
Now, i have 2 Network card (PPPoE Server, Hotspot Server),IP Address on PPPoE server Side is disable, both cards are connected on a Switch and my Outdoor-AP are also connected on a switch, user can user PPPoE Account or Hotspot Account to surf.
But i see a small trafic on Hotspot card.
It is normal?
