Forward an Public to Client

Hello,

I have 16 ip pool from my ISP on WAN side now i want to give one of the Public IP to my PPPoE Client on LAN side. can someone help me out how can i do this ?

you can redirect his traffic to that ip mark route his ip and route it to the public ip

no i want to provide a direct public static IP in client PC because they need to use some Apps tht will work in static public.
