Hi
I have two DSL connections and one LAN (hotspot). One DSL is flat (256kbps) and another is 4mbps but with 10Gb download. I would like to forward ftp traffic to DSL1(256kbps) and http to 4mbps DSL. I could not find real solutions in forum ( I am new 
)

There’s an example of policy routing with failover at the end of the page. You need to modify it so you’re marking FTP traffic with the mangle rules.
