Forwarding all traffic to a specific ip address and port

hi,
I have been trying to get a mikrotik RB960PGS ,my network host 192.168.87.110 install v2ray server the port is 1080,I want all network traffic to be forwarded to 192.168.87.110:1080
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
