Forwarding external traffic to internal address... ip camera

i have a basic knowledge of the mikrotik. I set up a Class B DHCP Server (172.16.0.0/22) for a total of 1022 addresses i believe off the top of my head.

anyhow the internal address is 172.16.0.131… the wan ip is 66.43.xx.xx

… The customer on the private side has an IP Camera. Can someone give me a Dummy “how to” using winbox to be able to be able to access the camera via a port.

so

66.43.xx.xx:1234 ? i have been trying for hours and apparently am not getting anything right!
