forwarding public IP trough 2 MT-s ...

hi!
i’m connected to internet trough my isp as shown here : http://217.26.67.168/uploads/1/1/1133205/shema.jpg

my wireless card is dhcp-client and has local address 192.168.3.0/24 which is masquaraded NAT network on isp-s MT. so, i created new network (eg. 192.168.9.0/24) and made my card client on thatr network. then i used src and dst NAT on this new network to one of the providers public IP-s (eg. 212.100.144.34) with action=netmap. this is shown in MT manual as 1:1 NAT. nothing happened !!! in fact, i lost connection to internet.
what i really wont is to make my MT (on the end of diagram) to get on the internet and from internet with public IP. can I use 1:1 NAT with just two addresses, instead of two networks?
can anyone help me?
