Forwarding rule local IP >> public IP >> local IP

Hello,

I have configure forwarding rule as like, request from another ISP >> my public IP >> my local IP, port 9100 it is working fine.
But I need I will send request from my local IP(192.168.5.2) >> my public IP(xx.xx.xx.xx) then will work my local IP(192.168.5.6), port 9100, How to write forwarding rule

When I check dvr video from outside of my network then my forwarding is working, But when I check dvr video from my network then connection not work. Actually I am not making correct forwarding rule.

That linked page explains in great detail why it happens and what you need to do to fix it. The best solution would be to read it, understand it and then do what it tells you.

If it’s a problem for you, then the required new rule specific to your one port is something like:

/ip firewall nat
add chain=srcnat src-address=192.168.5.0/24 \
    dst-address=192.168.5.6 protocol=<tcp or udp> dst-port=9100 \
    out-interface=<LAN interface> action=masquerade

It assumes you have correct dstnat rule, but it’s not possible to tell, because you didn’t share it.
