I have a RB951 . there is a pppoe Client (default gateway - internet access ) and there is a l2tp Client , which some traffic pass from tihs . to doing this I add a mangle ( PreRouting , Mark Routing , … )
I can set some source IPs with some other destenation IPs pass from l2tp (as gateway) . there is no problem BUT
but I want some website pass from l2tp . I mean if I request some Websites , it passed from l2tp . Website base instead IP base
How can I do that

That’s impossible except few cases of very simple web sites. Many web pages are composed of files downloaded from different domains, so knowledge of the domain of the url you type into the browser is not sufficient to know what IP addresses to access via the VPN. And the router has no information about which TCP sessions are related to each other.
I’d recommend you to use different Ethernet port or SSID (and subnet and dhcp-server associated to it) for connections via VPN.
