Hello, I’m looking for help with the following problem:
I have people connected to wireless aps, some of them use a dhcp server
for their local network (usually bridged home aps).
The problem is that these dhcp servers assing addresses to other people connected to our ap. lately, some people also reported they can see each
others windows shares. Is there a way to prevent this? Forwarding is turned
off on both the aps and in all access list entries, but it doesn’t help.
All the people are in the same subnet. Splitting the subnets would solve the sharing issues, but still
not the dhcp ones and would be too complicated to maintain.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Michal
