Foscam FI9900P not working via LAN

I have a Foscam IP camera, it’s working with my old TP-Link 1043 router. I bought Microtik L009UIGS, but cannot connect via ethernet. In Interfaces is No Link, sometimes for 1 sec trying to make a connect, but not successfully. I tired 100M full, 10M Full but nothing changed. In wifi mode working the camera fine, and when i put back the TPlink, comes DHCP, and working fine.

Any suggestion? Thanks a lot!

Have you tried to set the router switch not to auto sense the duplex and speed ?
If the Foscam have difficult to auto negotiate it’s speed and duplex.

Maybe you also can change the value on the interface in the Foscam.

Also don’t forget to to test another cable.
