Hoping someone has an answer for me:
I am testing the possibility of Mikrotik CAPsMAN with FreeRADIUS as an alternative to our existing product vendor.
My issue is that i cannot get the Framed-IP-Address coming through to FreeRADIUS.
I am running a Windows DHCP which works with other vendors but for some reason not the Mikrotik.
I have tried to delay the first accounting packet, but this has not worked.
The process that i am trying to implement is:
User connects to ESSID → User enters Username and Password for WPA2-EAP authentication against RADIUS which connects to Active Directory → Based on LDAP group, user is assigned a VLAN which is passed to the CAPs device → Users device gets IP address from DHCP server
The issue is from i see solely based around the accounting packets, as the above all works perfectly.
Any ideas?
