FreeRadius installation and configuration

Hi everyone,

I would like to try freeradius server with some kind of billing service on one hotspot but my knowledge of linux is very poor, so I would like to know if someone out there would be willing to do the installation and configuration for me, maybe directing me over the phone. I could pay for your time. A reasonable price please.
I’m using Ubuntu 8 in a Dell Poweredge Server 1600SC.

Just use the UserManager which is easy to install and will do most of the stuff you need
