I have a bit headache problem in my MikroTik RouterOS hotspot.
User have to frequently re-login after 15 min.
How can I solve this issue?
Please suggest as it is my first naive experience on MikroTik

Idle Timeout 15 min.
Keepalive Timeout 2 hr.
Server Profile
HTTP cookie lifetime 3 days.
User Profile
Session Timeout None
Idle Timeout None
Keepalive Timeout 2 hr
Userman
No Session Limitation nor time Limitation nor Volume Limitation but just speed Limitation.
Have you checked the DHCP lease ? I think if your lease ends, hotspot disconnects you.
Add hotspot topic in /system/logging and check in logs the reason why you are disconnected.
I’m sure it’s the idle timeout that’s getting you.
If you’re doing RADIUS accounting, check the disconnect reason in the accounting records.

Thank God,
I found a solution, I checked HTTP CHAP in server profile. Now I changed to HTTP PAP and and user doesn’t need to relogin frequently.
