IS there any issue regarding the load of the user or hardware problem, But i have already changed to another Mikrotik 1036 8 port , still same problem is occur
Kindly Pls advice me

Recently, there were couple of people complaining about restarts which later turned out to be unsecured and infected devices: http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/router-compromised/121685/1
If it is load-related, you should see the issue in /system resources
If it is hardware related, you should see autosupout.rif which you can send to Mikrotik Support email and they might figure out why is it crashing.
Also you may connect computer to the serial port on your CCR and watch the output during boot. there might be also some info about the crash.
The router will have something in the logs about why it restarted. If you scroll all the way back, it should either say that it rebooted due to power or a kernel panic or something similar. Increase the amount of lines in the log if you can’t find it and then check next time it happens.
Update your router to the latest version, if you haven’t already. Then if it happens again, and the logs says it was due to a kernel panic, make a supout.rif file and send it to Mikrotik support with the details.
each infrastructure has its own troubleshooting technique so there is deference of searching for a reason and finding immediate solution specially for a working networking with 750 client
