from switch to server x86

Hi,
i have Mikrotik on x86 HP DL server , one 4 port 10GB SFP+ intel and one 2 port 40GB QSFP HPE and they are working great, but connecting with other isp ( 10-20KM link) i have problem with sfp modules, because intel is using some different and are not compatible with Mikrotik.
i have also CRS 24 SFP+ mikrotik switch and i using only 16 port there, so 8 port are free.
again let me explain: I get 4 fiber from ISP and i get 0.0.0.0/26 | 1.1.1.1/27 | 2.2.2.2/27 | 3.3.3.3/25 ( this im using with converters but only 1G)

i read that i can use MLAG to add ports first on swich and than routing on HPE X86 mikrotik.

did someone try this, getting link firts in Mikrotik switch CRS3xx and than with DAC cable into Inetl sfp+ port and to get to work?

Mclag is non functional. Always has been.

so how can i make that working?
with LACP ore what to to?
if you understand me i need: fibre who is coming from ISP to punt in switch first, than with dac cable connecting in Mikrotik.
