i have this situation and i kneed help.
router os 2.9.27
hotspot with band limitation to each user 128k/256k
web proxy enabled
i kneed to do the following : remove the bandwidth limitation for each user who taking data from the cash
i mean :
if the users are downloading or browsing any thing exist in the cash there speed hase no limit
if the users are downloading or browsing any data dosent exist in the cash the 128k/256k limitation is forced.
is there any one can help ?
