FS 1G DAC cable on 7.10 - wrong temperature

To my knowledge, this problem was not present on 7.8.

HW:
FS DAC cable - SFP
CRS310-1G-5S-4S+ (7.8 → 7.10)
CRS112-8P-4S (7.8 → 7.10)

DAC is in the SFP slot on both of the switches.

I upgraded the switches from 7.8 to 7.10. No incident, except the DAC cable between the switches stopped working. The reason appears to be that both switches now read the temperature of the DAC to be 255 degrees Celsius, which causes temperature shutdown for the DAC interface. If I set the treshold temperature to 256 on both ends, the DAC starts working. The actual temperature if the DAC is something like 40-50 degrees C.

Hello!
Since today I also have the problem the temperature of two of my sfp modules (DAC) is recognized as 255.
Ok, set the limit to 256 and just ignore. So the DAC is working.

BUT:
Because of this recognized temperature the switch fans are running with full speed now. I am using this switch in my living room, so it’s a big problem!
Are there any possibilities to switch off the monitoring of a module’s temperature completely?
