I want to NAT my Default FTP site to 192.168.1.1 in Firepro router.
can anyone help me with that

Not enough info to write it for you.
In general all you’d need to do is follow the instructions from the wiki (http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:IP/Firewall/NAT#Port_mapping) and substitute your IP addressing, and use TCP port 21. Then ensure that the FTP helper is turned on under “/ip firewall service-port”, and points to port 21. That should work for passive FTP.
