FTP Permission denied on backup file

Hi, I’m trying to download my backup file from the router using FTP (user ftp belongs to group ftp with ftp only permissions), but I’m getting Permission denied error. I’m able to get any other file without problems (export file for example).

It works using admin user with full rights.

Any suggestions?

Add sensitive permission to the backup user group.
