I have configured a MT with 2.9.1 version, as a hotspot.
My customers cannot access to FTP correctly.
They can connect to FTP server and can log in, but when they try a “ls” or “dir”, they cannot see the files.
It return an error like
425 error connecting to x.x.x.x port 1121: Connection refused
Where x.x.x.x is the public IP of the MT.
