Is it possible to use external USB HDD as the location for Mikrotik FTP server files?
I can find commands for work with external USB HDD only in Web Proxy section.
Please specify other possible commands to use external USB HDD if any.

Correct.
Currently, FTP is only avalable for the “system drive only”.
This is true for CALEA etc.
I know it is a feature request for the ability to put the calea files on another drive .. just a matter of time.
