Ftp server on mikrotik step by step guide

Where to find a step by step guide, how to setup ftp server with mikrotik.
I never used a ftp server so doesnt know how it works.
When accesing ROuterboard files over winbox it dosnt work corectly, often the files are copide to some directories i didnt copy them to, and then i have to search for them, or sometimes it doesnt copy at all. So i want to setup FTP server hope with it it works better.

By default the FTP service is unable on Router.
Pl check /ip services

ftp://Router IP address

Ok i have entered now the ftp server over Mozilla explorer(browser), but how can i now copy, delete or move files in the ftp server?

Use any FTP Software to connect the Router or you can open the FTP server in My Computer Window instead of explorer

You can able to add, delete the files

Open My computer
in address bar ftp://router IP address
