ftp traffic

what is the best way to monitor ftp traffic flowing through my router?

Using mangle dose anyone have a cfg to share?

what do you want to see ?
exactly what passes trough it ( the packets ), or how much bandwidth are you using ?

torch is the best way

or right click and interface in Winbox and choose Torch:

The Dude also has torch, and it has more graphical elements.
