My miko! is a pppoe server and a cache server … and the traffic shaping is enabled on the ppp profiles .. my question is how to enable the full bandwidth on the cache hits while the traffic shaping on the other services are still enabled

I’m talking under correction, but I don’t think it’s possible with the standard simple-queues generated by the ppp process.
Simple Queues are set on the interface, therefore anything coming or going on that interface is subject to the traffic policy.
I remember seeing an example of this in the manual or possibly the “How To” Guide. Unfortunately, you’ll have to spend some time searching for it because the documentation is poorlyl organized and there is no index.
