at the moment I have 1km PtP link between 2x QRT2 and it’s working great.
I would like to set up full duplex link (or wireless bonding) by adding 2 more QRT2s. If I decide to proceed, do I only need 2 more QRT2s or do I need something more after QRTs at each end ?
Main router is RB3011.

If you are going to spend money on another pair of QRT’s then maybe consider the LHG60? That will give 1Gb full duplex up to 1.5Km and no bonding needed!
Unfortunately, link goes through trees and foliage, there no LoS. I don’t think I couldn’t go with 5GHz, let alone with 60GHz.
That’s a real shame. In that case absolutely go with another pair of QRTs.
