Resetting the configuration is not the same as wiping the storage. I believe what you are looking for is a “netinstall”. Use the Netinstall utility to clear the device completely and install a fresh copy of the RouterOS.

Thanks,
I try with NetInstall, but I can’t find nothing about clear or wipe the device.
How could I wipe the device?
Best regards.

Connect serial cable, set terminal to 115200bit/s, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no parity.
Please a key before boot.
Press “e” to format the nand.
Thanks!
I press “e”, but now I have this:
loading kernel from nand... kernel not found
How could I solve it?
Best regards.
You just wiped it, need to netinstall to reinstall ROS on the device…
OK, thanks for the reply.
Anyone could help with a procedure to netinstall?
Need I download the firmware?
Best regards.
Have you visited the manual pages about netinstall? If not yet, then do it now.

You have example here…
Thanks!
I try to flash it, I load the image but now I have this in the serial:
RouterBOOT booter 3.22
CRS109-8G-1S-2HnD
CPU frequency: 600 MHz
Memory speed: 200 MHz
Memory size: 128 MiB
NAND size: 128 MiB
Press any key within 2 seconds to enter setup..
loading kernel from nand... OK
setting up elf image... OK
jumping to kernel code
In the LCD there is a message: “loading kernel from nand”.
Need I to configure something else?
Thanks for your great help.
Best regards.
