Gap in ROS Rx rate vs FTP Rx Rate ?

Thanks for your interest.
I’ve got a RouterOS L4 setup as a x86 virtual machine.

I’m transferring a large file (3GB) over internet.

RouterOS shows this Rx rate on the pppoe.

But Ftp shows this rate to the server.

Is this ok? are packets being lost somewhere?
