Well I added to some posts that got the whole thread deleted. So I am starting a new one please do not post anything about NSTREME and regulations on this thread.
Ok the wiki of:
http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/OSPF_to_simulate_full_duplex_links_with_redundancy
Has too many errors and is incomplete. Some one had mentioned to me that you could do it with out OSPF but with static gateway routes. How would you do that? I understand gateways and routing but I am so confused as to how you would do this in such a way that it would be in failover mode as well.
Any contribution to help defeat my ignorance would be much appreciated.

Here is a generic diagram of what we want to do. We want to have static routes instead of OSPF but what would the routes look like on the individual MTs?

Any help would be most appreciated.

I do not think that I need a bridge but who knows maybe I am incorrect. I know this must be easy for you guys out there but I just can not think of how to do this.

DesertAdmin
Or show me what to do with the OSPF since there is no up-to-date manual section on this.

DesertAdmin
SO even though everyone always mention just do it with OSPF no one really knows how to do it? I do not understand why this topic was even deleted before. I would hope that those who helped the previous thread get deleted to at least add something constructive to this one.
Any help would be appreciated.

you just want to send traffic full duplex across the wifi links? One side should use a default gateway on one line, and the other side should just use a default gateway of the other link, that will then only send traffic one way on each, simulating full duplex. correct me if i’m wrong …
