General ISP IP question..

Hi, I’ve pondered on this for a little while, and when i get a new public IP on my WAN if this still happens…

How does my ISP give me a public (DHCP) address of 81.156.x.x, which shows in Winbox, but the network address is in Winbox shows as 172.16.11.215???

The answer is either 42 or NAT.
