- Can we buy SKUs suitable for all jurisdictions (local power/legal/standards compliance, certificate of conformity etc) - Japan Seismic etc, Australia, etc, interference, electromagnetic certs etc

How responsive are sales and technical support? Can support tickets be escalated?
Sales Price inflation for the past few years
Volume-driven discounts and published prices
Does Mitrotik perform interop testing with other major suppliers
Any memberships with technical steering groups like IETF, MEF, Ethernet Alliance etc
