getting error when try do netinstall

I’m trying to reset the RB , and when I use the Netinstall I get this error message and can’t continue

Press any key within 2 seconds to enter setup..
kernel not found

anyone know what can I do?

What RouterBOARD do you try to Netinstall?
Make sure the latest Netinstall version is used (6.7 available for download from MikroTik.com).
