have anybody experiences, wheter it’s possible to use this WLAN-Module with MT OS, 'cause in the driver list for OS 2.9 I found only AR5006X but not AR5006XS?

Yes it works great 
we have a 22 km link with 26 dbi grid on each side.
with the Gigabyte cards and the signal is -73.

Richard, where did you purchased the Gigabyte card? I searched the web and could not find it anywhere in the country. However, I found many shops in Germany where they sell the card for a reasonable price. For example, Mix Computerversand GMBH sell them for 20,46 €*. Now I have to find a reasonable priced miniPCI Adapter so I can finish my private test lab.
