I need to give unlimited local traffic, but limit the bandwidth for Internet. Local is everything in 192.168.0.0/16. I know how to mark this with a mangle and i’ve set a queue tree that has limit at 0 for that marked flow, but that doesn’t seem to overide simple queues that are set for each user.
What am I missing here?
