I have testing a molex glassfiber cable between two rb2011 UAS-RM.
On interface can i read 1 Gigabit.
Is this the maximum troughput from the Mikrotik devices or can i more speed with another cable?

1gbit/s is the maximum of the rb2011. A different cable will not help.
