Glitch with IE cache, work offline and redirects

Just came across a glitch that you guys might like to know about. Internet explorer has the ability to ‘work offline’. If a user logs in to a hotspot and caches the login page and the redirect page and is in the ‘work offline’ mode they experience a lockup with the redirect taking control of the browser. The user i spoke to said there window kept flashing and playing the ‘click’ sound as if they had clicked on a link and they could not do anything except kill that task.

The fix is simple enough, have them clear there cache (in control panel or right click on IE icon on desktop) and then set IE to work online and it’s all better.

I’ve already sent an email to MT asking them about the possibility of adding a header to the login/redirect pages to prevent them from being cached so as to force the user to grab it from the hotspot and ensure the browser is actually connecting.
