Anyone seen this before? Anyone know what it means?
Running 2.9.6 with CM9 cards. Link is 7.6 miles -65 signal. As soon as you pass traffic, link drops and get this error in the log. I am running nstreme on this link.
nstreme or nstreme the problem exists. I was able to get to the ethernet side of the link today to try some different settings other than the ones that we configured on the units before they went up, and when I changed the channel it fixed the problem.
Now I am having another problem with poor performance with nstreme enabled no matter what the framer-policy. I am going to play with it some more over the next day and will start another thread if we are still having problems.
I would still like to know what this error means. I did a google search for “class 2 frame received” and found a reference for the airo.c driver for linux. It said this
#define RC_BADCLASS2 6 /* Class 2 frame received from
- non-Authenticated station */
