Got the usermanager licence and NOONE HELPS ONTHAT FORUM

I bought the usermanager and set it up correctly… I actualy paid a consultant to set it up and the usermanager dont work.

I have tried to get help on the user manager forum and seems like noone know about this.

The problem is getting the secure response back from paypal… We are able to signup the user and pay for the service, we even get the email saying is paid for and everything. The account is even created and listed on the usermanager but it has no credit nor time… Meaning is worthless!!! The problem is not the public ip address, we have tried with three diferent services and is defently a usermanager issue.

Even the consultant reconfigured the usermanager and we are still not up and running because of this…

We have read up and down the usermanager manual and everything seems to be just like it says.

If I cant get this working I would like to get a refund of my money to get a software that works…

I think you should find a better consultant, because User Manager works fine.

I have installed the MT usermanager in two other computers, and set it up just like your manual says and I still get the same problem. Also you say to find another consultant? Well I am doing that, what better consultant than you? There is noone better. Now I am starting to believe the problem is with PAYPAL but before I can conclude this I would love for you to look at my setup… There is noone more capacitated on mikrotik than you, if there is a problem with the config you are the one that will detect it fast.

Please take a look at it and let me know what you see wrong if there is something wrong or let me know if is all ok.

I personally have no experience with User Manager, but the consultants are usually very professional people.

Well thanks for your help, I had to have this up and running by morning time and I got 4 hours left. Its 3.27am… I will keep trying because I realy dont want to use another software.
