any idea about this problem,
i have Cloud Core Router or (CCR1036-12G-4S-EM) then i used this for Vlan and i have 400 user but why every day Some of my users always got unassign IP’s.
My solutions i always remove at the leases IP at the miktrotik then reboot the swicth.
give me an idea what i do can fix this problem thank you guys…
Make your pool larger and/or shorten your lease time.
If you’re serving a WiFi hotspot, for instance, then lots of transient devices are going to hop on for a minute, grab an IP, and then leave without releasing their addresses… so you have to build your scope with this behavior in mind.
Sir Zero thank you for give me an answer i put my leases time is 2d 10:00:00 you thing sir this is cos the problem why i got unassign IP’s sir?
as zero suggested, either increase pool length OR [preferably] make lease time lesser. I usually configure 6 hours which is suitable IMHO.
If there is no reason for each user to always have the same IP, definitely shorten the lease time to a few hours

What if your lease time is 3 days, and on average, 150 devices per day will connect to your hotspot and then disconnect soon afterwards, not returning anymore? Your pool would be filled with leases for devices that are not connecting to your network…
