GPEN11 ethernet pass when powered off

Hi folks,

I have a question for those who have tried or somehow know it - does GPEN11 pass traffic when it’s not powered by local DC power port?
I need exactly such device as GPEN11 but I need it to not pass traffic between IN and OUT ethernet ports when there’s no power applied via local DC IN socket.

When it comes to ethernet signals, GPEN11 is completely passive and transparent. So no, GPEN11 can not break ethernet connectivity (except in case of malfunction or breakdown).
